Tracey, our Principal Lawyer and Legal Practitioner Director is a highly experienced and qualified legal professional with a background of 26+ years’ experience in commercial legal practice advising a broad range of small to large companies and individuals. She provides both strategic and technical guidance and advice in a broad variety of legal practice areas, adding value across all aspects of a client’s business and commercial operations. Tracey acts for clients within a diverse range of industry sectors including manufacturing, processing, construction, resources, agribusiness, property, professional services, engineering, retail, wholesale and online businesses to name a few.
As Business Operations Manager, Bill leads our team of dedicated staff and is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Robinson Nielsen Legal.
Bill has over two decades of experience managing large organisations and running his own successful small business. With his extensive expertise, he understands the importance of accessibility and communication when engaging clients, networking, and building the firm. Bill’s unique, client-focused approach helped place Robinson Nielsen Legal as a finalist in the 2018 Australian Small Business Champion Awards.
Charlotte graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) and a Bachelor of Journalism in December 2018. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at QUT in June 2019 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor in September 2019.
As well as assisting with your legal matters, Charlotte also contributes her journalistic and marketing skills in writing blogs for our website and monitoring our social media accounts. Charlotte is pleased to offer both skillsets to our firm while offering clients excellent service.

After completing her Bachelor of Business and Laws at James Cook University in Townsville, Melissa relocated to Brisbane and was admitted to practice in 2005. Since then, Melissa has focussed on Commercial and Property Law – working for both small and national firms. This has given her experience in working with a diverse range of clientele, including individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. She has also worked outside of legal practice in a multi-national corporation, earning valuable commercial experience.
Melissa can assist with a broad range of commercial agreements, commercial acquisitions and sales, and property matters; and enjoys helping clients moving to the next level in their operations, or providing solutions to their legal issues.
